Valor Security Services has established rigorous standards and procedures for our security personnel, training and management. As a result, we have received certification by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) according to provisions of the Support Anti-terrorism by Fostering Effective Technologies Act of 2002 (SAFETY Act).
Certification provides significant liability protection not only to Valor but to you – as the DHS has indicated that our customers will benefit from our certified technology by being also protected against liability resulting from an act of terror, according the regulations implementing the SAFETY Act.
DHS SAFETY Act certification is a testament to the quality of Valor’s security programs. Strict requirements were met and a rigorous review conducted before the DHS granted certification.
